Winner: Everton’s Wayne Rooney
On Sunday night on the BBC’s Match of the Day, the November goal of the month competition was wrapped up.
Everton striker Wayne Rooney scooped the top award above Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah.
Rooney got over 39% of the votes for his incredible long range effort against West Ham.
Rooney went on to score a hat-trick for Everton against the Hammers. In total, Rooney has seven Premier League goals for the Toffees this season since his Goodison Park return from Man United.
Second: Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah
Liverpool’s incredible Egyptian forward Mo Salah came second in the November goal of the month competition.
Salah attracted over 25% of the votes for his goal against Stoke.
Salah is the Premier League’s top scorer with 12 goals in 15 games.
Third: Man United’s Jesse Lingard
Man United midfielder Jesse Lingard was third in the vote.
Lingard, who has been in superb goalscoring form in recent weeks, was third for his solo effort against Watford.
Lingard has three goals and three assists in the Premier League this season.
